Translating for Kazami Ranki

Shibari Translation

On February 21st, 2026

Kazami Ranki came to Nagoya to celebrate a new dvd he created with the Mama of La Belle Reine and her submissive Minami. I visited Belle that night and got the chance to both chat with and be tied by Kazami sensei.

Before meeting Kazami for the first time, I had received a wonderful message from students I translated for previously.  In August of 2025, I translated for a trio of fabulous Australians who have become dear friends. After translating for them, I actually took them to La Belle Reine to experience their first SM bar in Nagoya. They had booked me to translate for their lesson with Kazami, and I was honored to get the chance to meet him and be tied by him before translating  for him in April.

In late April, I caught an early Shinkansen to Osaka and met my clients at the beautiful retro house they had rented. The house crucially had beams to support suspension. Our first day of lessons finished and we went out to Osaka Bay Tower to enjoy a private bath at SoraNiwa Onsen. We had dinner, brought to us on real boats! We ended the night at Johnny's bar Ubusuna.

The next day after a full day of in person lessons and lunch with Kazami, the models needed a nap, but the riggers joined me to hunt for bargain kimono and other Japanese goods. They got some lovely pieces to bring back to Australia and I found a few kimono for myself! They picked out a vivid yellow kimono for our model and back at the rental house I dressed her very simply to see how she likes it.

Finally, as the sun was setting, they tied me up for a quick photo shoot! The kimono shown here is lined, and is meant for winter use, so I cannot wait for cold weather to wear this lovely kimono again. After that I caught my shinkansen home, but the next day was another day of kinbaku translation in Nagoya! Stay tuned for more adventures in kinbaku.
